Insurance & Financial Responsibility
To provide timely care and accurate billing, our clinic requires all patients to maintain current demographic and insurance information. Patients and guardians are responsible for understanding their insurance benefits and for any charges not covered by insurance.
If insurance cannot be verified at the time of the visit, a self-pay rate will apply. Newborn coverage and insurance activation timelines vary by plan and are the responsibility of the subscriber.
Please review our full Financial Agreement for complete details regarding insurance verification, self-pay rates, and patient financial responsibility.

Make Sure TennCare Has Your Correct Contact Info

TennCare requires you to confirm eligibility once every 12 months for each enrolled person.

You have 40 days (after notification) to complete and send back your renewal.

Know What Happens If You Miss the Deadline

Most TennCare kids under age 19 stay covered for a full 12-month period even if circumstances like income change during that time.
But coverage still must be redetermined at the end of the 12-month period.
